If you have already completed the verification process, you don’t need to resubmit your personal documents to open a second trading account.
However, please ensure that:
You have made a deposit and traded using your existing account.
Your submitted documents remain valid.
What if my documents have expired?
A short while before your document expires, you will receive an email asking you to update it. There are two ways to update them:
You can upload them directly to your client area.
Or you can send them by email to [email protected]

To apply for a new sub-account, simply navigate to the sidebar menu within your MyOrbex area. For detailed steps, refer to this How to Create a New Real Sub-Account guide.
Or, as shown in the picture below, you can submit the request from the side panel.
Then you will have to fill the information required to submit the request.
