Are you having trouble logging into your account?

If you are having trouble logging into the MetaTrader 4/5 platform and are receiving one of the following error messages: "Invalid account, Authorization Failed, or No connection", please check the following:

  • Account number

  • Password (you might need to reset your password).

  • Server

  • The possibility of your account being archived (due to inactivity for a long period)

  • No internet connection
