Any account(s) held with Orbex, with no trading activity and/or accounts that are inactive and or remain non-operational and/or holding zero balance/equity for a period of more than four (4) months, are considered Dormant accounts. Please note that such accounts may be subject to fees, as explained in our user agreement.
Any Dormant account that remains dormant for a total of twelve (12) months will be closed on the first day after the 12 months of no transactions. At such a time, we will freeze both Dormant and Closed accounts immediately, and the Client will not be able to undertake any further transactions in such Dormant or Closed accounts.
For a Dormant or Closed account to be reactivated, you must proceed with completing the KYC/CDD procedures of the Company, funding your account, and placing at least 1 trade. For more information, please email [email protected].
