As soon as you realize that a mistake was made when trying to withdraw, or if you wish to cancel, you can cancel the request in two different ways:
Through your client area, go to withdrawals. Next to your withdrawal request, you will see an (x) icon. If you click this link, your withdrawal will be cancelled immediately.

Please note that this is doable only if your withdrawal has not yet been processed and paid by us.
