Using the MT4 Terminal
The MT4 Terminal user interface can be divided into five main sections, each designed to help you analyze the market, manage trades, and navigate the platform efficiently.
1. Charts Window
A chart is the basis of data analysis. Besides displaying price changes, charts can include various analytical objects such as line studies, technical and custom indicators, text annotations, and geometrical figures.
Four toolbars are built into the terminal: Standard, Charts, Line Studies, and Timeframes. These toolbars contain duplicated commands and functions from the main menu, providing quick access to commonly used features. They are also fully customizable, allowing you to keep only the tools you use most often.
3. Market Watch
The Market Watch window displays essential market information, including:
Symbol
Bid Price
Ask Price
Time
High
Low
Spread (the difference between the ask and bid price)
4. Navigator
The Navigator window groups together open accounts, Expert Advisors, indicators, and scripts. It provides quick and convenient access to these tools, making them easy to manage.
5. Terminal Window
The Terminal is a multifunctional window used for working with trade positions, news, account history, alerts, internal mail, and program and Expert Advisor logs. It also allows you to open and modify different types of orders and manage your trade positions.
Chart Types and Timeframes
The price chart can be viewed in three different formats:
Bar Chart
Candlestick Chart
Line Chart
You can also select the timeframe from the toolbar. The available timeframes are:
M1 – 1 Minute
M5 – 5 Minutes
M15 – 15 Minutes
M30 – 30 Minutes
H1 – 1 Hour
H4 – 4 Hours
D1 – 1 Day
W1 – 1 Week
MN – 1 Month
What does the timeframe refer to?
For example, M15 (15 minutes) means that each candlestick represents a period of 15 minutes. Every candlestick opens and closes within those 15 minutes, and its shape is determined by the price movement that occurred during that period.

If you'd like, I can also make it read even more naturally while still keeping over 95% of the original wording.
