If you get this message, it means you are entering the wrong parameter.
Please follow the steps below to solve this issue:
Double-check if you have entered the correct parameters by checking the previous email. And it is preferred to write it manually.
Double-check that you are entering the correct server "OrbexGlobal-Live".
If you are still unable to enter your trading account, your best option is to reset your password.
You can reset your password by entering your client area, then clicking edit profile, then clicking manage trading account, then you can click on "Did you forget your password".
You will then receive an email with steps to follow to reset your password.
If you couldn't reset the password through your client area, you can always contact our support team through live chat or by email, [email protected], who would happily reset the password for you and send you a new email with your new password that you can change later on if you wish.
