In reality there is only one result for open trades; however, the mobile version of MT4 shows the total current trading positions as well as individual positions with or without applicable commissions and/or swap fees.
However, this by no means indicates the final outcome of the trade, which depends on the direction of the markets - whether they move in your favor or against you, etc.
For example, the trade itself may be profitable, but closing it at that specific moment may lead to a negative outcome, such as the following where there are two open trades in a positive direction, but because the account in this case, is a premium account type with commissions totaling -2.8 :
