What is the Prime Account?
Orbex Prime Account – Cashback & Referral Campaign
Orbex has launched a new account type called the Prime Account, offering traders cashback rewards based on their trading volume, plus referral rewards for bringing in new clients.

Eligible Clients: Both new and existing Orbex clients
How It Works
Open a Prime Account (via the Member Area or the Orbex website).
Make a minimum first deposit of $250 to activate your rewards eligibility.
Trade — your cashback is calculated automatically based on your closed lot volume during the promotion period.

Cashback is cumulative — total reward = sum of applicable tier cashback + any referral rewards earned.
What Doesn't Qualify
Trades on Cryptocurrencies and Stocks
Trades outside the promotion period
Cancelled, invalid, or manipulated transactions
Hedged trades between connected/related accounts
Trades resulting from technical or pricing errors
Payment of Rewards
Cashback is credited to the client's My Orbex wallet within 1 business day (pending verification).
Subject to standard withdrawal, margin, and account conditions.
Orbex may delay or withhold rewards pending AML/KYC or fraud checks.
Important Notes
One eligible Prime account per client (sub-accounts are aggregated).
Existing accounts must not be assigned to another Introducer to participate — clients must request removal in writing if applicable.

How to Open a Prime Account
You can open a Prime Account either from the Member Area (for existing clients) or directly from the Orbex website (for new clients).
Option 1: From the Member Area (Existing Client)
Log in to My Orbex (member area).
From the left-hand menu, go to Rewards Center.
You'll see the "New Orbex Prime Account" campaign banner — active promotion. It confirms: "This campaign is for Prime accounts only. Open a Prime account to take part; your first deposit of $250.00 or more into it starts your rewards."
Click "Open Prime Account."
In the pop-up:
Account Type is pre-set to Prime
Select your Trading Platform (MT4 or MT5)
Select your Base Currency (e.g. USD)
Check the box to accept the Client Agreement
Click Submit Request
You'll receive a confirmation: "Request Received" — your Prime account is being set up. Once your first deposit of $250+ is made, your rewards become active.
Alternative: Existing clients can also open a Prime account by applying for a new sub-account and selecting Prime as the account type during the sub-account creation process.
Option 2: From the Orbex Website (New Client)
Go to the Orbex website and click "Open Account" / Register.
Fill in your personal details to complete the sign-up form.
When selecting your Account Type, choose Prime.
Choose your preferred Trading Platform (MT4 or MT5) and Base Currency.
Complete identity verification (KYC) — upload your ID and proof of address if not already verified.
Fund your account with a minimum deposit of $250 to activate the Prime cashback rewards.
Start trading — cashback accrues automatically based on your closed lot volume.
