The No connection error message means may be either your Internet Connection is down or unstable or problems with the server.
To solve the problem, try to do the following:
- Make sure your Internet connection is stable and good.
- Rescan Servers If your internet connection is good. left click on the no connection message in the bottom right corner of the terminal and choose to rescan servers.
- Restart MT4, simply close out MT4 for 30 seconds or so and then restart the platform from scratch.
- Check Anti-Virus Properties, and make sure that your antivirus isn’t blocking your ability to connect to MT4. simply pause your antivirus for minutes to whitelist MT4 and give it internet permissions.
