The Orbex PAMM program allows individual PAMM Managers to use multiple trading accounts on the platform as separate PAMM funds. The platform uses the Owner and Trading accounts concept to differentiate the two:
PAMM account (a PAMM Manager’sTrading account): A separate MetaTrader account where the funds of all Investors are aggregated and where the PAMM Manager conducts his trading activity.
Owner account: A MetaTrader account of a PAMM Manager where his own personal funds are kept, i.e., a typical MT account. Trading on the PAMMManager’s Owner account is neither affected nor controlled by the PAMM system in any way. This account is usedto give the Manager the option to transfer their own funds to and from the PAMM system. For example, a Manager may depositfunds from their Owner into their PAMM account so that they can have a share in their PAMMpool of funds like their Investors, or, conversely, the Manager may chooseto takeany paid fees into their Owner account.
PAMM Managers use their Owner account credentials and login into the Web Portal. The Portal displays all the PAMM accounts linked to the Owner and offers tools to control them separately from each other.
