To complete a deposit successfully, after logging into the App, simply click on the Deposit widget:
Once a secure connection with the network is established:
A new page will appear, allowing you to choose your preferred deposit method from the options listed. There are primarily two deposit categories: Online Payment Gateway (which offers available deposit methods based on your country of residence) and Wire Transfer. Choosing the Gateway option enables you to deposit using the Online Payment Methods mentioned below.
You will first need to fill in the form with your deposit details, by selecting the account you wish to fund, define the currency, and enter the amount you will be depositing.
After filling in the required details and clicking on the "Accept Terms and Conditions”, click “Deposit Funds". This will direct you to the next page where you can select your preferred deposit method from the available options.
Selecting the desired option will take you to the respective Payment Provider's page, where you can finalize your deposit.
Choosing "Wire Transfer" will display all Orbex's banking details, enabling you to select from the provided options.
You will then need to proceed with the deposit through your bank, or using your Mobile Banking App.
