The first step to withdraw via Bank wire or any other method is to transfer your funds from your trading account to your Orbex wallet account. To learn how to transfer funds between accounts, click here.
Then you have to go to the withdrawal option in your client area:
The withdrawal page will open, firstly choose 'Bank Wire Transfer' in the 'Type' field.
If you already added your banking details, you can choose the bank you wish to withdraw funds to in the 'Bank' field.
If you still haven't added your banking details, you can add them by pressing the green + button next to the 'Bank' field.

Then kindly fill in the rest of the information needed on the withdrawal page and submit your withdrawal request.
You can leave 'Gateway account number' field empty.
Our funding department will process your request. And if everything checks out, you should receive your funds within 3-5 business day.
