If you get a No Connection error on your MT5 platform, the most likely reason is a poor internet connection or an issue with the server.
To resolve the problem, you can follow these steps:
- Try restarting your MT5.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure your device is connected and the connection is strong and stable.
- You may consider restarting your router, to refresh the connection and fix any stability issues.
- If your device is connected with no issues, you can try rescanning the servers. to do that, left-click on the No connection error message, and choose Rescan Servers.
Other less likely reasons for a No Connection error, could be the use of a VPN service, or your Firewall.
