Leverage
The maximum leverage for Forex pairs is 1:500.
Only Gold is leveraged up to 1:500 Among Precious Metals, while energies are leveraged at a maximum of 1:100.
Other Trading Instruments are not leveraged.
Margin Requirements
The margin requirement is the minimum amount of equity needed in your Trading Account, to be able to open a trade of a certain volume.
You will be able to open trades only if you have said minimum amount of equity in your Trading Account, having less than the minimum, you will not be able to open the trade at the desired volume, thus, you will need to open the trade on a smaller volume.
