At Orbex, you can deposit into your trading account using debit/credit cards. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, and MasterCard* cards.
*Please note that MasterCard may be restricted in your country, especially if the country you reside in is outside the European Union.
To deposit with your bank card:
You can access the Funding Options available to you by the Quick Access menu, in your MyOrbex dashboard as shown below:
Select the Card Deposit option:
Once the Card Deposit page appears, you will need to fill in your details and click “Submit”:
You will then be prompted to our Payment Processor's secure deposit page in which you will have to add your card and personal information and then confirm the payment by clicking on the deposit button, as shown below:
Important Note:
Please note that if you haven't yet verified your card, the deposit transaction shall remain pending until you provide the required documentation. You can upload the required documents directly on your MyOrbex dashboard or by sending an email at backoffice@orbex.com.
It is important to provide a full-size image of your card, in color, with your full name, expiry date, and with the first six and last four digits of your card clearly showing. The rest of the information on your card should be hidden for security purposes:
