How do I withdraw funds?

Withdrawals can only be processed from your Wallet Accounts.

Therefore, if you want to withdraw any amounts currently located within your trading accounts, you will first need to transfer your desired amount to your wallet account and then proceed to place a withdrawal.

To request a withdrawal:

Just click on Withdraw Funds  

Then, choose one of the Withdrawal options available to you and follow the instructions to complete your request:

 

Important Note:

For any withdrawal, you must select the same method as the one you used to deposit the funds.

 

 

If you have used more than one method to fund your account, please note that card withdrawals are prioritized over other withdrawal methods, and in case you’d like to withdraw generated profits, you may also do so via Bank Wire transfer. 

For clarification, see the examples below:  

Example No.1:

You’ve funded your trading account via Neteller with $1,000 (Current Account Balance = $1,000)

You generated $500 in trading profits (Current Account Balance = $1,500)

You wish to withdraw your entire balance:

Must withdraw Via Neteller: at least $1,000 or the full amount.

Optional via Bank Wire: only the profits, at least $200 or the full profited amount

2^nd Example:

You’ve funded your account with $1000 via Card Deposit (Current Account Balance=$1,000)

 

You’ve funded your account with another $1,000 via Skrill (Current Account Balance=$2000)

 

You profited $500 (Current Account Balance=$2500) 

 

You wish to withdraw $1,000

 

You must first place a Card Withdrawal.

 

3^rd Example:

Example:

You’ve funded your account with $10,000 via Card Deposit

You’ve funded your account with $5,000 via Neteller

You profited $3,000 (current balance = 18,000)

• You wish to withdraw $7,000

You must first request a Card Withdrawal.

• You wish to withdraw $4,000

You must place a $3,000 Card Withdrawal and $1000 via Neteller

• You wish to withdraw $4,000

You must place a withdrawal via Neteller

• You wish to withdraw $3,000 (remaining profits)

It would help if you withdrew trading profits via Bank Wire since the other two withdrawal options were already used to withdraw the respective deposit amounts
