To reset the “MyOrbex” area login password, at the login page, click “Forgot password,” and we will send you a password reset link and step-by-step instructions on how to reset your password via email.
To change your password while logged in, in the “MyOrbex” area, click on “Edit Profile” on the left sidebar menu, then click on the “Manage my Orbex Account” (black button) and proceed to submit your current password, add your new password and repeat the new password (to verify it). Once done, simply click “Save” to update your password!
To change your MT4 Trading Account Password, in the “MyOrbex” area, click on “Edit Profile” on the left sidebar menu, then click on the “Manage Trading Account” , then select “login”, and lastly click on “Forgot my Password.”
Upon doing so, you will receive your new MT4 login credentials via email. (If you don’t see it in your Inbox, kindly check your Junk, Spam or Promotions folder)
To change your MT4 password directly on your MT4 platform, simply right-click on your account number, located inside the Navigator window and choose “change password”, then enter your current password, submit your new password and you are done.
For MT4 Mobile terminal on iOS
· Click on settings
· Click on your account number
· Click on the menu list (three dots at the top right corner of the app screen)
· Choose change password
· Choose change master password
For MT4 Mobile terminal on Android
· Click on the menu list (three lines at the top left corner of the app screen)
· Go to manage accounts
· Click on the three dots at the right of app screen
· Choose change password
