There is a number of possible reasons why our Back Office may have rejected your documentation, ranging from your documents being invalid or expired to us being unable to offer our services to residents of certain jurisdictions.
If your personal documentation is rejected, you won’t be able to start trading until the issue is resolved.
Therefore, to find out the exact reason why your documentation was rejected and receive instructions on how to rectify the situation, please send an email to: backoffice@orbex.com. |
Some common reasons for documents being rejected are:
- The document you have provided is not clearly readable.
- The document you have provided has expired.
- The name stated on the document does not match the name you provided during your account opening.
- You reside in a country not catered to by Orbex.
In all cases, you will receive an email informing you of the reason for rejecting the documents
