Any account(s) held with Orbex, with no trading activity and/or accounts that are inactive and or remain non-operational and/or holding zero balance/equity for a period of more than six (6) months, are considered Dormant accounts. Please note that such accounts may be subject to fees, as explained in our user agreement.
Any Dormant account which continues to be dormant for a total period of twelve (12) months will be Closed on the first day after the 12-month period of no transactions. At such a time, we will freeze both Dormant and Closed accounts immediately, and the Client will not be able to undertake any further transaction in such Dormant or Closed account.
For a Dormant or Closed account to be re-activated, you must proceed with the completing KYC/CDD procedures of the Company, funding your account, and placing at least 1 trade. For more information, please send an email to backoffice@orbex.com.
