If upon creating an account, you do not meet the Mandatory Minimum Investment for the requested account type (i.e., You applied for an Ultimate Account but deposited less than the minimum required amount for this account type), then your account will automatically be re-categorized as a Premium or Starter Account, as it does not meet Ultimate Account conditions.
If, however, after creating and successfully funding an account, you wish to change the account type (i.e., you applied for a Premium Account, then you wish to upgrade to an Ultimate Account or change to a Starter Account), you must send a request to backoffice@orbex.com.
