To request a withdrawal, log in to the Orbex app and tap the "Withdraw" button.
Note: In line with regulations and our company policies, you must withdraw an amount equal to your deposit using the same method you used for depositing. Profits beyond that amount can be withdrawn using any of the other available methods.
Note: The name in your receiving wallet or bank has to match your registered name in Orbex.
How to withdraw via Bank Wire
If you wish to withdraw via bank wiring, you must first register your banking details.
For instructions on how to register your banking details, please refer to My Banks
Once you have registered your banking details, select the "Bank Transfer" option in the withdrawing section. Then specify the Wallet Account you wish to withdraw from, choose the currency, enter the amount, and define the bank you wish to withdraw the funds to. After agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions" tap "Withdraw Funds".
Your withdrawal request will be processed, and you should receive the funds within 3-5 business days.
How to withdraw via Online Payment Methods
To submit a withdrawal using the available Online Payment Methods, log in to the App and tap the "Withdraw" button.
Once you’re in the "Withdraw" section, select the "Gateway" option.
Fill in the details of the withdrawal: select the Wallet Account you wish to withdraw funds from, specify the currency, enter the amount, and choose your preferred withdrawal method.
After entering the details, a new field labelled "Gateway Account Number" will appear. Here you will need to provide the account details for the chosen platform.

Neteller account number
Skrill email address
Crypto wallet number
Finally, accept the “Terms and Conditions" and tap "Withdraw Funds".
If the currency of the receiving account differs from that of your Orbex Wallet account, you will need to confirm the exchange rate for the withdrawal.
Lastly, a confirmation window should appear.
Your withdrawal request will be processed, and you should expect the funds within 1 business day for online payments and 3-5 business days for credit/debit card withdrawals.
