Deposit - Step by Step

Step 1: Log in to your client area.
Step 2: Go to "Deposit" option, then choose "Enet".
Step 3: Choose your desired currency (USD or KWD)
Step 4: Enter the deposit amount.
Step 5: You will be redirected to Enet portal - Please fill your information.
Step 6: Submit and confirm your deposit request.
Step 7: Your funds will be added to your Orbex wallet account within 2 hours maximum.
Withdrawal - Step by Step
⚠️Enet withdrawals is processed through bank wire transfer. And will not be processed to a third party account.
Step 1: Log in to your client area.
Step 2: Go to "Withdrawal" option from the menu.
Step 3: Choose the "bank wire" option.
Step 4: Enter the withdrawal amount.
Step 5: Make sure that your information is updated and that you added your bank account correctly and provided us with the correct IBAN.
Step 6: Submit to confirm the Withdrawal request - Your funds will be credited to your bank account within 24 hours.
