To check your MT5 account history, go to the bottom toolbar and select the "History" box:
Next right-click within the shown area to select among a multitude of options, including your view of Orders, Deals, Positions, Volumes,etc. as well as being able to generate your Account's History of the p[ast month, the past 3 months, the whole history or else a custom time between your desired dates.
