Deposit - Step by Step
⚠️ This method is intended for recharging the Orbex card to fund the trading account directly.
Step 1: Make sure you have an active Orbex prepaid card.
Step 2: Log in to your GateToPay application.
Step 3: From the main tab, tap "Add money" or "Top-up"
Step 4: Choose to recharge via "Credit/debit card"
Step 5: Enter the amount you want to deposit
Step 6: An alternative: Enter your bank card details (Card number, Expiry date, CVV code)
Step 7: Please follow up with the OTP verification process; the funds will then be added to your GateToPay account.
Step 8: To deposit directly into your trading account, go to "Feed trading account", then enter the amount and click transfer.
Withdrawal - Step by Step

Step 1: Log in to your client area.
Step 2: Go to "Withdrawal" then choose "Online payment gateway" then choose "Orbex Card".
Step 3: Enter the desired amount and the card number you used for the deposit.
Step 4: Submit to confirm your request - the funds will be credited to you card within 24 hours.
