The Credit/Debit Card option allows deposits and withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed through a secure, licensed payment processor under the supervision of the Central Bank of Cyprus. It is the most widely used and globally accepted option among all Orbex cusomers.

Deposit - Step by Step
⚠️ If the name on the card doesn't match the Orbex account name, then the deposit will be rejected - Third party deposits are not permitted.
Step 1: Log in to your client area.
Step 2: Go to "deposit" then choose "Credit debit card" option.
Step 3: Choose the currency (USD/ EUR/ GBP/ PLN) and enter the desired amount.
Step 4: Enter the information of the card: 16 digit card number, expiry date, and CVV code.
Step 5: Complete the verification process (3D Secure) if requested by the bank (OTP through the phone)
Step 6: Your funds will be credited to your bank within 2 hours.
Withdrawal - Step by Step
⚠️ Withdrawal processing time is 3 - 5 business days, longer than E-wallets. The withdrawal must be processed to the same card used for the deposit.
Step 1: Log in to your client area.
Step 2: Go to "withdrawal" then choose "Online payment" then choose "Credit/debit card" option.
Step 3: Enter the amount and the card number you used for the deposit.
Step 4: Submit to confirm the withdrawal request - The amount will be credited to your card within 3 - 5 business days.
