Bank Card - Visa & Mastercard - Fastest and mostly used among our clients

The Credit/Debit Card option allows deposits and withdrawals via Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed through a secure, licensed payment processor under the supervision of the Central Bank of Cyprus. It is the most widely used and globally accepted option among all Orbex cusomers.

Deposit - Step by Step

⚠️ If the name on the card doesn't match the Orbex account name, then the deposit will be rejected - Third party deposits are not permitted.

  • Step 1: Log in to your client area.

  • Step 2: Go to "deposit" then choose "Credit debit card" option.

  • Step 3: Choose the currency (USD/ EUR/ GBP/ PLN) and enter the desired amount.

  • Step 4: Enter the information of the card: 16 digit card number, expiry date, and CVV code.

  • Step 5: Complete the verification process (3D Secure) if requested by the bank (OTP through the phone)

  • Step 6: Your funds will be credited to your bank within 2 hours.


Withdrawal - Step by Step

⚠️ Withdrawal processing time is 3 - 5 business days, longer than E-wallets. The withdrawal must be processed to the same card used for the deposit.

  • Step 1: Log in to your client area.

  • Step 2: Go to "withdrawal" then choose "Online payment" then choose "Credit/debit card" option.

  • Step 3: Enter the amount and the card number you used for the deposit.

  • Step 4: Submit to confirm the withdrawal request - The amount will be credited to your card within 3 - 5 business days.

The deposit was rejected on spot

Double check the card information (Number, expiry date, CVV) and make sure online payments are activated on your card.

3D secure verification rejected

Make sure you receive an OTP from the bank to your phone.

My bank doesn't allow transactions to Forex brokers

Contact your bank to activate the Commercial Category (MCC) related to investment and trading, or choose another payment method.

My withdrawal request was rejected

Check your email inbox, our team always sends an email of explanation and solution.
