Steps to Export MT4 Trading History Report
Go to the Account History tab in the Terminal window.
Right-click inside the Account History section.
Select the trading period you want:
All History
Custom Period
Choose Save as Report or Save as Detailed Report.
Select the location to save the file.
Your MT4 trading report will be saved as an HTML file that you can open, review, or share.
