In reality there is only one live result for the open trades, the Mobile version of the MT4 however shows the total as well as the individual current trades positions with or without Commissions and/or Swap Fees Applied.
This however is in no way indicative of the final result of a trade, which depends on the trend of markets if they move for or against you, etc.
For instance, a trade itself may be in profit, but closing it at that particular moment may result in a negative trade, such as the following where there are two open trades both in a positive trend, but because the account, in this case, is a Premium Account Type with commissions the total amouont to a -2.8 USD:
