There is more than one way to open a chart:

  1. Through the Market Watch, right click the desired symbol, then click "Chart Window".

  2. Drag the desired symbol from the market watch list and drop it in the charts specified area.

To navigate through different charts that you have previously opened, simply click the symbol in the bar below the chart, as shown below:

Chart Objects:

The price action chart can be displayed as candlestick, bar, or line chart, depending on the timeframe you wish to trade on. Chart types include bar, candlestick, and line.

You can choose the format that suits you best from the menu shown in the image below, which is usally located at the top of the trading platform.

Timeframes:

You can choose the timeframe you want from the menu at the top of the platform as shown in the next image:

Or you can right click on the chart, and go to the "timeframes" option, and choose the desired timeframe:

What is the difference between timeframes?

M1: 1 Minute

M5: 5 Minutes
M15: 15 Minutes

M30: 30 minutes
H1: 1 Hour
H4: 4 Hours

W1: 1 Week

MN: 1 Month

What does the 15-minute timeframe mean? It means that the candle's duration is 15 minutes; each candle opened and closed within 15 minutes, meaning it took 15 minutes to form and close. The candle's shape is determined by the price movement that occurred during these 15 minutes.

You can also add or remove timeframes as you wish. You can do so by right clicking on the timeframes menu, then click "Customize" as shown below:
