Yes, there are two kinds of fees associated with the Orbex Card service:
A one-time up to $60 Card Shipping Fee.
A yearly service fee, billed from the start for which the amount varies depending on the account type you hold with Orbex. For the Starter account, the yearly fee is $30, for the Premium account it's $15, while for the Ultimate account, the service fee is free for the first year, after which time you will incur a $15 yearly fee.
