Since this service is only available to clients with real and funded trading accounts, please ensure that you meet these requirements before submitting your request.
Your account should be funded at least with the minimum amount required for your account type, while also considering the fees of the card.
To submit a request:
Please log in to your My Orbex area
And from the side menu, please select the Orbex Card option.
Once inside the Orbex Card page, please click "Request" and fill in the required e-KYC fields to access the service.
Once submitted, our Funding Team will review your request, and you will receive an email on the status of your application.
