What types of identification documents are accepted? When do you require an ID, and when do you require a passport?

For Jordanian nationals residing in Jordan, we need a photo of the front and back of their Jordanian ID.

For Jordanian nationals not residing in Jordan, we require their Jordanian ID and residence document.

For non-Jordanian customers living outside their home country, we need a valid passport and a residence document.

For non-Jordanian customers residing in their home country, we require a valid passport.
