Wire transfer is the main payment method used by forex companies, allowing you to send and receive funds from any bank worldwide. At Orbex, we accept wire transfers in several major currencies, and this is the only mandatory method available to all clients.

Deposit - Step by Step
⚠️The bank account used has to match your name at Orbex. Third party deposits are not accepted. Keep the deposit receipt as a reference.
Step 1: Log in to your client area. And request to get "bank wire instructions".
Step 2: A new page will open showing: Bank name, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, Bank Address.
Step 3: Go to your bank (In person, online, or through an app).
Step 4: Transfer the desired amount to Orbex's bank account, mentioning your full name and account number as reference.
Step 5: Keep the payment receipt to provide it if needed.
Step 6: The funds will be credited to your Orbex account within 3 - 5 business days.
Withdrawal - Step by Step
⚠️ The withdrawal should be returned to the same deposit bank account. Some international bank transfer fees might be deducted - Orbex's fees 0%
Step 1: Log in to your client area.
Step2: Go to "withdrawals" from the menu.
Step 3: Choose "bank wire" option.
Step 4: Enter the desired withdrawal amount.
Step 5: Make sure that your information is updated and that you added the correct bank information and IBAN.
Step 6: Submit to confirm the withdrawal request - You will receive your withdrawal within 3 - 5 business days.
