Once our team reviews and approves your card issuance request, a request is sent to the card provider to start the card issuance process.
The process usually takes four working days from the card provider's side.
Once the provider starts the issuance process, you will receive an SMS message displaying your card's 16-digit code. This code is your virtual card number, you will need it to activate the application.
Once received, please download the Orbex Card App via the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
