ATM top-up functionality is not available, but there are many other funding options provided.

Withdrawal:
ATM withdrawal fees are 4% of the withdrawn amount, with a minimum fee of 4 USD.
i.e. If you withdraw $100 from an ATM, you will be charged a $4 fee.
If you withdraw $200 from an ATM, you will be charged an $8 fee.
Notice: Foreign exchange fees apply if you withdraw in a currency different from your card's currency.
